This website, milopad.com, is operated by DSJ CONNECT LLC, 9669 Avellino Ave, Orlando, FL 32819, USA ("Milo Pad", "we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. Orders and contract

Product listings are an invitation to purchase. Your order is an offer to buy; the contract is formed when we send the order confirmation email or ship the goods, whichever comes first. We may refuse or cancel an order in case of pricing errors, suspected fraud or stock shortages, and will refund any amount already paid.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and include the discounts displayed on the page. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. Payment is processed by Shopify Payments and the payment providers shown at checkout. We do not store your full card details.

3. Shipping and risk

Shipping terms are described in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers the package to the address you provided.

4. Returns and guarantee

Our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee is described in the Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

5. Product use

Milo Pad is a washable indoor pad for dogs. Results vary from dog to dog. The pad is an aid, not a substitute for veterinary care or for professional training where behavioral or medical problems exist. Follow the washing instructions supplied with the product. Keep the pad away from dogs that chew and swallow fabric.

6. No subscriptions

Every purchase on milopad.com is a one-time payment. We do not enroll customers in memberships, clubs or recurring charges.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, photos, illustrations and the Milo Pad name and logo, belongs to DSJ CONNECT LLC or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your place of residence.
