Milo Club subscription policy

The Milo Club is an optional refill plan for the Milo Pad. You join it only by choosing it in your cart. Nothing is added to your order without that choice, and there is no membership fee.

What you get

• One Milo Pad shipped automatically every 4 months or every 8 months, on the schedule you pick.
• Your first pad at the regular price. From the second delivery on, the member price shown when you joined ($19.90 every 4 months or $24.90 every 8 months). Shipping is included in every price.
• The same 90-day return window as any Milo Pad order.

Billing

Your payment method is charged the regular price when you place the first order, and the member price on each delivery date after that, until you cancel. We email you before each renewal with the date and the amount. Prices are in US dollars. If we ever change the plan price, we will email you at least 30 days in advance and you can cancel before the change applies.

Skip, pause, change or cancel

You can skip a delivery, pause, switch between 4 and 8 months, update your address or payment method, or cancel at any time. Use the link in any Milo Club email or your customer account at milopad.com. Cancelling takes effect immediately for deliveries that have not shipped. There are no cancellation fees and no minimum number of deliveries.
